Dues

8th-grade dues is the term used to describe your share of the costs for 8th-grade closing activities. The 8th-grade dues total $75 per student. These dues will be collected between March 2, 2023, through May 26, 2023. The dues may be made in partial payments, for example, $25 a month, or may be made in full. Students will receive a receipt for every payment made.
The dues will cover the expenses of the 8th-grade field trip (entry and transportation), t-shirt, dance (entry, food, and decor), the 8th-grade closing ceremony (decor and certificates), and any other 8th-grade closing celebration.

Closing Activities:

1. 8th Grade Field Trip (June 2nd)
2. 8th Grade Dance (June 6th, semi-formal, school dress code applies)
3. 8th Grade Closing Ceremony at Milford Mill Academy (June 7th)

Students who wish to participate in our closing activities will need to meet the following expectations:
1. Be on time to class or arrive with a valid pass
2. No truancy
3. No suspensions
4. Honor time limits for passes
5. Must have passing grades by May 26th 
6. Follow RAP code of conduct

Students will be prohibited from attending if they have received any of the following: 
1. School suspensions on or after April 17th 
2. A major discipline referral on or after April 17th
3. A notification of retention to the 8th-grade
