Device Update (Posted: 08/27/2020)

In order to receive a device for your child this fall, we need your help by completing the correct form below:

1. If your child’s device is in need of a repair or in need of a device charger, please submit a repair ticket by going to:  Device Repair/ Charger Request (If you submitted the NAHS form to indicate that your child needed a charger or the device is in need of a repair, you must submit a repair ticket)

OR

2. If your child is new to Baltimore County Public Schools, is an incoming 6th grade student to NAHS who did not receive a device in the spring or this summer, or your child left their device in a BCPS school this past spring, please complete the following form:  New BCPS students/ Incoming 6th grade students without device/ Returning BCPS students whose devices were left in school (If you have previously completed the form indicating that your child did not receive a device, please do not complete this form again)
